How to lose belly fat..??

First of all of all this myth about spot reduction is not true. It is just not possible naturally. You JUST CANNOT lose fat from those beautiful areas like the abdomen, thigh, chest etc!. The slim belt/sauna belt and such companies have done such good marketing that people are made to believe that if they sweat that particular body part then fat will automatically ‘melt’ from that area and leave you with a six pack in a months time!!In my experience the body does a ‘last in first out’ model for fat loss. When you start gaining fat your other parts like thighs, arms, chest, abdomen etc get fat deposit more and the face gets puffy last. And when you start losing fat then the face loses the fat first and if the process of fat loss is not proper ie you are just losing weight in the way of muscle/water/fat and doesn’t care about weight training etc then you will get a skinny face but the fat in the other areas remain.
The ONLY way to lose fat naturally is to be in a state of caloric deficit. Now hearing this don’t get greedy and dont think that if you double the caloric deficit then you will lose double the amount of weight!!. NO no i know what you are thinking, some one told you about “starvation mode” isnt it!??? Well if so then there wont be ‘skin to the bone’ kind of starved people in extremely poor countries where there is very much scarcity of food..they should all be ripped..it just doesnt happen that way, If you lower your caloric deficit so much then the only thing thats going to happen is that you get more and more weaker and will be able to lift that much less weight and hence that much less signal for the body to keep the muscles and ultimately ending up skinny fat.
If you know WHY you are not losing then you will know how to get it done also. Have you been doing only cardio or more and more cardio (that seems to be general advise here regarding weight loss)? Have you been counting your calories? You HAVE to be in a state of caloric deficit continuously for the body to start the fat loss process. And now comes the most interesting part, How do you look after losing 10 kgs, weak and skinny or muscular and energetic? You see your body loses weight in the form of water, bone, muscle, fat etc. When you put your body in a constant state of caloric deficit, it starts using stored energy for fuel, but it wont tap into its last resort reserve ie FAT untill it needs a reason to tap into it and that is given by an artificial stimulus called, yes you said it right again..WEIGHT TRAINING.
Only one way to lose weight/fat etc….eat or be in a caloric deficit…simple and effective! You can lose weight by eating ONLY Snickers, you can lose weight by eating ONLY biscuits, You can lose weight by eating ONLY pizza even. Don’t believe me!!?? read on…You can also gain weight by eating only brocolli/beans (of course it will be insane amount!!) you can gain weight by eating only grilled chicken also…the science is that weight loss is a reaction of the body of it being in a continuous caloric deficit state and not on what “food” you eat. Simple!
In a calorie deficit state the body’s only goal is survival. A calorie deficit maybe a ‘diet’ for you or your deliberate attempt to not certain foods but for the body it is a signal that there is a shortage of food outside due to some unknown condition. So it will try to lose all that’s high maintenance,preferably muscles. It becomes your duty to provide it with a stress response enough so that the body is now forced to spare the muscles and use what it normally touches last, FAT. But if you don’t provide a strong enough response then it will start using up muscles and not fat. But it is your duty to help the body preserve what it already has. And that can only be done by giving the body a reason to keep it. Artificially. How you may ask? yes by weight training. And artificially means by way of specially designed bars and plates and cables all in one place called the GYM!!
Ideally everyone who sets about to lose ‘weight’, realistically wants to lose only fat but because they don’t know what makes the body spare the muscle and lose the fat, they end up losing everything including muscle/fat/water and all. Fat loss is simple, listen
,1. consume food enough so that you are in a caloric deficit. The body starts craving for extra energy.
2. Give the body a signal to keep the muscle and the only way its done is by a stress stimulus in this case here called WEIGHT TRAINING
3. The body will have no other option but to use up the stored fat for energy because it is getting an external signal to spare the muscle.
